The Original Chocolate Making Workshop

Learn to experiment and beautifully prepare everyone's favourite indulgence

Whilst the Chocolatier gives a brief introduction to the history of chocolate, you will have the exclusive opportunity to sample such delights as chilli and orange dark chocolate and milk chocolate caramel sea salt truffles, while the champagne flows!

Then it's aprons on as you learn how to make chocolate fudge, Dutch truffles and praline. Guests are divided into teams and the results will be judged by the Chocolatier on the basis of technique and creative flair. You will be able to pipe, cut, dip and decorate your delicious creations which you will then be able to take home with you.

Itinerary

1. Arrival and Registration
2. Brief insight in to the history of chocolate and the process from bean to bar by the Chocolatier
3. Sample home made creations of the Chocolatier
4. Create your own fine Belgian chocolates
5. Take the chocolates home in a beautifully ribbon tied box

The workshop will last approximately 3 hours, we will work with you to create a fun, competitive environment.
