1. Introduction, safety briefing and warm ups
2. Flying trapeze
3. Stilt walking
4. Juggling
5. Acrobatic balancing
6. Group human pyramid

This experience is flexible and can be organised around any other activities or time restraints. It usually lasts around three hours.
