Led by famous chef Pat Chapman, this unique event offers a fascinating and light-hearted insight into Indian cuisine, and includes cookery demonstrations and plenty of hands-on participation.

Perfect for a corporate event or a team day out, this experience is carefully structured to help you get the most from it, with ample opportunity for group bonding and relaxation. Lunch is included, featuring some of the items created during the day, and options such as wine tasting are available to extend your experience further. For the ultimate experience, this event can even be tailored to include an overnight stay at a top local hotel.

Itinerary

1. Arrive and welcome
2. Demonstration from Pat Chapman followed by hands-on cooking of several dishes
3. Make Samosas... against the clock!
4. Ready Steady Curry Cooking - Pat will compete to create a culinary delight out of selected ingredients
5. Four course lunch

This experience is flexible and can be organised around any other activities or time restraints. It usually lasts around fours hours. If you wish, the event can run in the afternoon rather than the morning, and include dinner instead of lunch.
