With blue lights flashing and sirens sounding, firefighting is a unique team building event that will get the adrenaline pumping and will get your team buzzing long after they've returned to the office.

Looking dazzling in full uniform you will have the chance to try your hand at all aspects of firefighting including operating the pump and cutting someone from a car.

Itinerary

1. Report for duty, health and safety briefing, receive all protective clothing and introduction to equipment
2. Photo call
3. Exercises including emergency fire engine driving and wearing breathing apparatus in a smoke-logged chamber
4. Lunch
5. Learn pump operation. Also, crib and car fire exercises, plus extrication and cutting equipment technique
6. Break and Briefing
7. Deal with a live major incident exercise including responding to incident, driving the fire engine and fighting the developing fire (all within a controlled environment)
8. Debriefing and presentation of certificates

This experience is flexible and can be organised around any other activities or time restraints. It usually lasts for a full day.
